01Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business or organization details, intake and questionnaire answers, uploaded references, messages and support requests.

If you chat with Sterling or book a consultation, we keep the conversation, the contact details you share and the appointment details. Your client workspace may also hold project, customer, lead and invoice information that you choose to enter. Payment records include order amounts, payment status, provider identifiers and invoices.

Please do not put card numbers, passwords or sensitive documents in chats, forms, intake answers or project answers.

02Sterling, our AI assistant

Sterling is an AI assistant, not a person. He answers questions about Ascend Works, helps you book a free consultation and can bring Marlando into the conversation when you ask for a person.

Chat messages and the details you share are stored in our customer relationship system so we can follow up with you. AI answers can contain mistakes, so anything that affects price, scope or payment is confirmed by Ascend Works in writing before you pay.

• Protect the service and prevent misuse

Optional updates and marketing follow the choices you make. Automated tools may help prepare drafts or guidance, and that content is reviewed before it is relied on.

04Providers and access

Trusted providers process the information needed to run our services. Current providers include DemoDrop (website hosting and website forms), HighLevel (chat, scheduling and customer follow-up), Stripe (payment processing) and, for the client workspace, Higgsfield, Supabase and Resend. Features that use AI or other connected tools share only the information needed for that feature with the relevant provider.

Authorized Ascend Works staff can access information needed to review and deliver your work. We may disclose information when needed to comply with applicable requirements, protect rights or prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

05Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, chat sessions, access controls and preferences. Hosting and operational services may process technical information and error reports. Embedded media, the chat window and external links can be handled by their own providers, and their privacy practices apply when you use them.

06Retention and your choices

We keep information while it is needed for account operation, service delivery, payment records, dispute handling and applicable record requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@ascendworkshq.com. We may need to verify the request and keep records that are still required.

Use the unsubscribe link in optional emails to change your email preferences. Important account and order messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

07Business information you share

Only share information you are authorized to share. Avoid customer lists, identity documents, account passwords, private health information or other sensitive material unless a specific secure process has been agreed. You are responsible for getting appropriate permission for information about other people.
